  • Explore these issues
  • Understand how they influence and impact on their work
  • Debate the impact of diversity on their Organisation
  • Know how the legislation and policies have a strategic impact
  • Have an understanding of the language used when talking about diversity
  • Raise their awareness of their personal positition in relatin to diversity issues
  • Be aware on the negative impact of discrimination
  • Have created and committed to at least 3 actions to undertake back at the workplace
